A customer mobile number can be registered only once in this system. Agents must obtain the customer's permission before submitting data and must not enter fabricated or unauthorised information.
The intended commercial split is 35% platform retention and 65% agent share of commission actually received by Sarwans, subject to a verified disbursal, the signed agent agreement, lender terms, applicable tax withholding and a target settlement timeline of seven days after verification. No earnings are guaranteed. TDS rate and Section 194H applicability must be confirmed by a qualified tax adviser before settlement.
PAN, Aadhaar and identity documents are sensitive personal information. Access should be limited to authorised reviewers, stored securely and retained only as legally necessary. By registering, you confirm you have authority to submit your own KYC data. Customer data should only be submitted with customer consent. Contact the site administrator to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
